Our forming department includes a 12' and a 6' high-tech precision press brakes to go along with hand brakes and other miscellaneous tools to form metal in multiple different ways. We have all the dies to form hems and other angles up to 1/4'' material.
AccurPress ¼’’ x 12’ 175 Ton
Our press brake has 175 ton hydraulic capacity and can form up to ¼’’ material. With touch screen CNC programming, Wila-tooling and back gauge, this brake is top of the line.
AccurPress 1/4'' x 6' 60 Ton
This smaller version of our 12' brake has a 60 Ton limit and can also do up to 1/4'' material. This also has touch screen CNC programming, Wila-tooling and back gauge.
