We offer laser cutting on our CO2 Mazak 4kw Laser with a 6x12 table that allows us to cut large sheets up to 1'' mild steel and ½’’ stainless steel. We also have a 3kw Amada Fiber Laser for faster, cleaner cuts and a loading tower to allow us to cut up to 6,000 lbs of material non-stop/overnight. This machine has a 5x10 table and is great for thin stainless and aluminum cuts.
Amada 3kw Ensis Fiber Laser
Bear Metal Works recently installed a brand new 3kw Amada Fiber Laser this fall. This laser has the capabilities to cut 5/8'' stainless, 1/2'' aluminum and 1'' steel on a 5x10 table. Also installed is the loading tower with the laser where we can load up multiple sheets up to 6,000 lbs and run constantly with no operator. Truly a ''lights out'' machine!
