Bear Metal Works custom designed and fabricated a 2-tier serving shelf for the kitchen at Apertivo restaurant on Transit Rd. This shelf was mounted on top of a stationary wall in the kitchen that separated the prep station and cooler units. This shelf was constructed of 16ga stainless steel with a mounting channel underneath to secure it from leaning over the wall. Underneath the top shelf (not shown) are heat lamps for the kitchen to use and keep plates warm before serving to customers.
