Check out this massive custom stainless steel drain board we just finished for the new Clarksburg Cider in Lancaster, NY. This drain board was built on legs so the customer can slide their coolers underneath and we will install shelving on the other side. We did a 'cross break' to pitch the water to the center drains and installed 2 glass rinsers as well for clean mugs prior to filling up cider/beer. This drain board also has perforated riser trays for easy removal and cleaning. To the right of the board we also made a stand alone countertop for glasses and paper products.
