Bear Metal designed and fabricated this custom prep station for the remodel at Hutch's Restaurant in downtown Buffalo. This included hot well stations, shelving for dishes and pans, and a prep area for the cooks. We start from your ideas and make it happen! We also designed and installed the pass thru window shelving for the kitchen to put ready meals out for the servers.
